Refund Policy

House of Christ refund policy only apply to Conference and Live Events 

CONFERENCE & LIVE EVENTS REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be in writing through the contact form on this website and received 30 days prior to the start date of the conference/event.  No refunds will be granted after that. A full refund, less a $25 administrative fee, will be made within 45 days after the completion of the conference/event.

There are no refunds for no-shows.

Substitutions are allowed.  There is a $25 substitution fee for each substitution.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://houseofchrist.org website (“HOC”) operated by House of Christ Outreach Ministry Church, Inc., a Not for Profit 501(c)(3) Corporation (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

Donations

By completing the transaction, you agree and understand that: you are donating to House of Christ Outreach Ministries Church, Inc., a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Company.  

If you wish to donate through the Service (“Donations”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Donation including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Donation; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your Donation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your donation at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: service availability, errors in the description of the Donation, error in your donation or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your donation if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
